Techniques

This is a very brief overview of the techniques I use. I haven't gone into great detail as the importance is in the benefits rather than the 'how to'. I choose the techniques that suit the person/issue to get the best results.

Each of the following methods is simple, gentle and effective.

Chinosis
A unique combination of self-applied acupressure and hypnotic symbolism, Chinosis works by simultaneously activating meridian points and the subconscious mind to release 'blocking' energy patterns, allowing the body's natural energies to flow freely.

Developed by Jonathan Chase and Jane Bregazzi of the Academy of Hypnotic Arts, this technique can be easily learned by anybody - including children.

Coaching
Coaching allows you to explore inner creative resources as well as finding out what's really important, what's holding you back, what feels good as well as what doesn't, and how you can be your best self.

It's supportive, motivating, focused, goal-oriented, enlightening, opening, rejuvenating and challenging - in fact, it's everything you need to achieve whatever's missing in your life at the moment!

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is the art of bypassing the conscious mind and talking directly to the sub-conscious. Once in a hypnotic state, the hypnotist can input positive statements for whatever change is required such as health, wealth, happiness, relaxation, confidence, energy, motivation etc.

Quite often hypnosis is mistaken for hypnotherapy. However, under hypnosis, the hypnotee will be able to respond to questions and instructions where as under hypnotherapy, the person may well have gone to sleep!

The Sedona Method
This is the most versatile technique because it can be easily learned and put into practice at anytime. With The Sedona Method you can release negative emotions anywhere, anytime without anyone knowing what you're doing!

The exercises used in this technique enable you to re-programme your mind to more helpful ways of thinking. When your thinking changes, so does the action you take.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
TFT uses specific tapping sequences on meridian points combined with focus on a particular issue to release blocks and negative emotions. It 'unlocks' the repetitively negative thoughts and feelings that can be so crippling, allowing you to let go and move on.

I have found this technique is particularly good for dealing with phobias and fears.
